What support can see and do, and how you see every visit.
To help you quickly, our support team can open your account and see exactly what you see.
Two kinds of visit
- View only: they see everything and change nothing. Up to 60 minutes. Most visits are this kind.
- Make changes: they fix something for you. Up to 30 minutes. Each change is logged.
What they can never do
Touch billing, delete your account, or change the owner.
Opening a conversation in your inbox doesn’t mark it as read for you.
See every visit
Go to Settings, then Support access. Each visit is listed with who, when and why. If they changed anything, each change is listed too.
