Terms of service.
The terms for using GTM and Outreach.
These terms are an agreement between you and GTM and Outreach ("we", "us") for using our website, app, API and MCP server (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you agree for that company.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give us accurate details.
- Keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by teammates, API keys and AI assistants you connect.
- Tell us straight away at support@example.com if you think your account has been misused.
2. Your mailboxes and your email
- You connect your own mailboxes and send email from them. You confirm you have the right to connect each mailbox.
- You are the sender of every email you send through the service, and responsible for its content, your contact lists, and following the laws that apply to you and your recipients.
- You must follow our Acceptable use policy and your email provider's own terms.
3. Free month, plans and payment
- New accounts get a free month. First month free. No card needed to start.
- After that, the plan costs the price shown on our pricing page for your country, billed in advance. Prices exclude GST and other taxes, which are added where they apply.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails or the free month ends without a plan, sending pauses. Your data is kept.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Reviews, limits and suspension
- We review each account's first campaign and may review others, to keep the service clean for everyone.
- We apply sending limits, bounce limits and automatic pauses to protect deliverability.
- We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable use policy, that harms the service or others, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you why and how to fix it.
5. Your data
You own your data: contacts, emails, campaigns and replies. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. You can export your data, and ask us to delete it, at any time.
6. Support access
To help you, our support team may open your account. Access is read-only unless you ask us to make a change, is logged, and is shown to you in Settings under Support access. Support can't change billing, delete your account or change its owner.
7. The service
- We work hard to keep the service running and secure, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise that every email will reach the inbox: that depends on recipients' providers, your content and your lists.
- We may change or improve features. If we remove something important, we'll tell you in advance.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach. After it ends, you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. For important changes we'll email you at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
