# Reach the inbox without tricks

Google and Microsoft reward real senders: clean lists, correct DNS, steady volume and real replies. We build all four into the product.

## A slow start for every new mailbox

A brand-new mailbox that sends 200 emails on day one looks like spam. Ours start at 10 a day and grow over three weeks. Already warmed up elsewhere? Skip it with one tick.

## Every address checked on upload

-   **Domains that can't receive email**Often a typo, like gmial.com. Never imported.
-   **Throwaway inboxes**Temporary addresses nobody reads. Never imported.
-   **Team addresses**info@, sales@ and similar. Few replies, more spam reports. Left out unless you ask.
-   **Duplicates and blocked addresses**Merged or skipped, including anyone who unsubscribed or bounced before.

We also detect who hosts each inbox: Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Zoho, Yahoo, and over 25 others such as Proofpoint, Mimecast and GoDaddy.

## Safety nets that act on their own

### Domain and server checks, every day

SPF (including the 10-lookup limit), 2048-bit DKIM, DMARC policy, MX and domain age for every domain. Spamhaus blocklists for every domain and SMTP server, plus reverse DNS. Each problem comes with a plain fix.

### Bounce limits

A campaign pauses at its bounce limit. A mailbox pauses at 8% hard bounces. A spike holds all sending for 24 hours.

### Provider pauses

If Zoho, Gmail or Microsoft asks to slow down, the mailbox pauses and resumes on its own, instead of failing.

### One-click unsubscribe

The List-Unsubscribe header Google and Yahoo require, plus an optional line or link in the email.

### Account-wide blocklist

Unsubscribes and hard bounces are blocked in every workspace, for good.

### Sensible daily caps

Up to 200 a day per mailbox, with 30 to 50 recommended. Send more by adding mailboxes.
