## HubSpot and Salesforce

Connect with one sign-in. Your sales team sees outreach where they already work.

-   **Activity on the contact**Sent, replied, bounced and unsubscribed are logged on the contact's timeline in your CRM. Opens and clicks too, if you want them.
-   **Deals for interested replies**When a reply is labelled Interested or Meeting booked, a deal is created in the pipeline and stage you choose.
-   **Import CRM lists**Pull a HubSpot list or a Salesforce report into a contact list, and keep it in sync.
-   **Your own field mapping**Map CRM fields to contact fields and variables, and update a status property when something happens.

Our community node `n8n-nodes-gtm-outreach` triggers workflows on replies, bounces and labels, and can add contacts, start campaigns and send emails.

### Webhooks

Twelve events, from `email.sent` to `lead.labelled`. Signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried if your server is down.
